St. Anthony's, by signing below, agrees that it has checked its supplies and believes it will

have these items in its inventory on that date. Nevertheless, the parties agree that St. Anthony's

can not be liable for any reason for failing to provide such item return such or if such item is found

missing from its inventory (this is most liable to occur if a previous bride fails to return

items) (in such case be prepared to visit your local party rental business to make up for any

deficiencies). Additionally, if the Bridal Center goes out of business for any reason, the parties

agree that St. Anthony's will not be held liable for being unable to perform and in such case,

St Anthony's will promptly notify the Bride in writing and return her Deposit.

9. By signing below, the Bride agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and specifically agrees

to return all borrowed items, clean and in the same condition as when taken, ordinary wear

and tear excepted, between 10 am and 10:30 am on the first Saturday after the date

above-identified a the wedding date. AT THAT TIME, the Bride also agrees to unpack the

items, have them inspected and restock them on the appropriate shelves in an orderly

manner. Failure to unpack, have each item inspected, and then restock the borrowed items will

result in forfeiture of the Deposit.

10. Time is of the essence of this agreement. This means that failure to bring the items back on

the date and at the time specified, and to restock them at that time is a breach and you will

forfeit the Deposit and be liable for the full replacement value of the items borrowed.

11. The parties acknowledge that St. Anthony's is scheduling brides every weekend

and has limited supplies and has accepted the Deposit which the Bride agrees shall be

forfeited in entirety if the Bride fails to return all items in the condition and at the time

and in the manner and on the date specified.

If the deposit is forfeited, the Bride is still liable to immediately return the items or

become immediately liable for their full market value less the value of the Deposit.

12. The Bride represents that she is not using a paid or professional

wedding planner. The bride further agrees that if she uses a paid or professional wedding planner,

then she and the wedding planner will be held jointly and severally liable for full rental value and

other damages.

13. The Parties acknowledge that the Deposit has been paid in the form of two personal checks

postdated to the date of the Bride's wedding. St. Anthony's agrees to refrain from depositing said

checks until a forfeiture occurs. In the event the Deposit is forfeited and the deposit checks are

returned NSF (insufficient funds), or either one of them, or for any other reason fails to negotiate

properly, then the Bride agrees that the she will be liable to pay all reasonable attorney fees

not to exceed $400 which are incurred by St. Anthony's in seeking recovery for damages caused

by the Bride.
